Shipping Policy

Customers have the option to choose Standard Shipping for their order. This shipping option is calculated based upon the weight of your order and the destination of where the items are shipping. As stated, orders that are placed before 12:00 pm (noon) Central Time will be shipped next day. Transit time for Standard Shipping typically runs between 2-5 business days.

Additional Instructions

Please note: Most items are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground or Home Delivery, which requires a physical street address for delivery. If you enter a PO Box as your shipping address a Oragen Tech customer service representative may contact, you via phone and/or email in order to obtain a physical address. If customer requests the item be shipped to their PO Box, Oragen Tech will make every effort to ship the order via USPS Priority Mail, however additional fees may be incurred and payable by the customer.
